Rev. Annie Britton was ordained to Christian ministry by the Church Within A Church Movement on Sunday October 19, 2008 at Mount Vernon Place United Methodist Church in Baltimore, Maryland.
Since then, Annie has continued to examine, ponder, question, and challenge Christianity, ministry, intersectionality, and Annie’s inherited and internalized whiteness.
Rev. DeLyn Celec was ordained by the Church Within A Church Movement on October 23, 2011 at St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church in Tucson, AZ.
She is the Worship Arts Coordinator / Campus Minister at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA.
rev. dr. candi dugas is an award-winning writer and practical theologian whose progressive insights challenge how we think about faith, freedom and justice.
For over 16 years, I have been in ministry serving on retreat weekends for women affected by incarceration. The guests experience a weekend of being cared for, not being judged, and finding comfort in the realization that they are not alone.
Rev. Dr. Johnson-Hicks has co-authored two books: The Wealth of Poverty and A Bias Toward Action now available on Amazon.
Her ministry credential resides in the fellowship of believers in the Church Within a Church, a Methodist-related grass roots movement BEing community, faith and justice.
Robyn is an experienced pastor, spiritual director, and worship leader.
She currently grounds her work by serving as a part time hospice chaplain. Death and the grief surrounding the loss of someone we love is always a transformative experience. Robyn is honored to be able to be present with the living and dying processes, and to be able to be at the source of discovering hope in the face of death.

A mother of three and a United Methodist clergy, I was closeted until my partner’s death made clear this closet could not be. CWACM provided safe space to be, to unwind my internalized oppression; to decide in 2010 after an intentional discernment to release my United Methodist credential.
Rev. Vernice L. Thorn, MA, LPC is an ordained clergywoman of Church Within A Church Movement (CWACM); a national organization whose focus is the intersections of oppression. Vernice is a retired pastor whose ministry continues to be one of welcome and inclusivity.
J Zirbel (no pronouns, simply J) is a minister, ordained in the Church Within A Church Movement and co-founder and executive director for Rainbow Community Cares (RCCares).
