Personally Identifiable Information

What we collect and how we use it

We collect personally identifiable information when you fill out a form on the web site to become a member, make a contribution, purchase resources, register for an event, write a testimonial, create a web account, sign up for the newsletter, submit a prayer request, participate in the forums, or complete other forms to contact us or interact with the web site.

Personal information we collect may include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, and other information needed to process your request.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other organization for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service or resource you requested or purchased. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Prayer requests are received by a co-convener of the CWACM national Coordinating Team. They will be shared weekly with the executive director and co-conveners of CWACM, and shared monthly with the entire CWACM national Coordinating Team who will join you in prayer.

Your email address is used for responding to your inquiries, sending you the CWACM newsletter if you subscribe to it, and for contacting you about your web account, such as to validate your email address or send you password reset instructions when you request such assistance. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you may unsubscribe from it at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each issue.

Your username is displayed to you when you log in and to other logged-in users when you participate in online forums or other interactive activities.

Testimonials you submit may be published on the web site at our discretion.

How we protect your information

Personally identifiable information that you submit on any form on the web site is kept secure, private, and is accessible only by persons authorized by CWACM who are required to keep the information confidential. Our security measures include password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely, and secure offline storage.

After a transaction is complete, your credit card information is not stored on our computers or servers.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Our web site collects non-personal technical information (such as browser type, IP address, pages visited on our site) to help us analyze traffic on our site. This information is fairly anonymous and we use it only to create anonymous statistics.

Like most web sites, we use cookies to gather general visitor information, and track visits to our web site. When you visit our site the pages that you view and a short text file called a cookie are saved on your computer. Third Party Partners

We use several third party suppliers and services to supplement our services. We ensure that all third party suppliers meet strict security and privacy standards that are congruent with our own policies.

The membership, contribution, event registration, and order forms are securely hosted and processed by Formexperts.com. The personal data submitted on those forms is covered by this CWACM Privacy Policy and by the Formexperts.com Security and Privacy Information policy.

The social media login and links are processed through OneAll and access only the information which you give permission to access when using the social media services. Please see the privacy policy and settings for each social media account you choose to use.

Forms on the CWACM web site use the Mollom web service to prevent spam. When you fill out a form protected by Mollom, the information on the form is sent to and evaluated by the Mollom service to determine if the message constitutes spam. You can learn more about this process in the Mollom Web Service Privacy Policy.

We use MailChimp to send our newsletter to members and subscribers. MailChimp uses cookies and web beacons to track visitors to the newsletter site and when email is opened. See the MailChimp Privacy Policy for additional information.

Web traffic statistics are collected via Google Analytics and are covered under this CWACM policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
