After a transaction is complete, your credit card information is not stored on our computers or servers.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Our web site collects non-personal technical information (such as browser type, IP address, pages visited on our site) to help us analyze traffic on our site. This information is fairly anonymous and we use it only to create anonymous statistics.
Like most web sites, we use cookies to gather general visitor information, and track visits to our web site. When you visit our site the pages that you view and a short text file called a cookie are saved on your computer. A cookie is used to store small amounts of information which is used for traffic analysis only. The cookie does not contain personal details and does not follow you when you leave the CWAC web site. Depending on the browser that you use, you can set your preferences to block or refuse cookies, and/or notify you before they are placed.
For more information about cookies and how you can delete and control the cookies stored on your computer, visit the AboutCookies.org web site.
Third Party Partners
We use several third party suppliers and services to supplement our services. We ensure that all third party suppliers meet strict security and privacy standards that are congruent with our own policies.
The membership, contribution, event registration, and order forms are securely hosted and processed by Formexperts.com. The personal data submitted on those forms is covered by this CWAC Privacy Policy and by the Formexperts.com Security and Privacy Information policy.
Other forms on the CWAC web site use the Mollom web service to prevent spam. When you fill out a form protected by Mollom, the information on the form is sent to and evaluated by the Mollom service to determine if the message constitutes spam. You can learn more about this process in the Mollom Web Service Privacy Policy.
We use Constant Contact to send bulk email to members and newsletter subscribers. Constant Contact uses cookies and web beacons to track visitors to the newsletter site and when email is opened. See the Constant Contact Privacy Statement for additional information.
Web traffic statistics are collected via Google Analytics and are covered under this CWAC policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
